HYDAC is an International hydraulic filter and various component manufacturing company with multiple warehouse distribution, manufacturing and corporate offices located throughout the Lehigh Valley and United States. We were honored to be selected to Manage the Renovations to their Plant 1 and Plant 3 expansion Located on Southland Drive in Hanover Twsp and City Line Ave.

Plant 1
- Project was a approxamately 8,000sf CMU block interior space demo with multiple mezzanine demo and relocations, and to re-finish employee restrooms, changing rooms and add administrative and executive offices. Changing these offices from the center of the manufacturing floor to their current locations, and adding a training/seminar area, allowed HYDAC to expand and hone-in their manufacturing processes.
| Plant 3
- Project was a total ramp up in manufacturing. They Purchased a Building along Southland Drive and asked George T. Schmidt Inc. to assist in the design build aspect of their vision. We not only helped them succeed in their wishes to upgrade the building to suit their needs, we exceeded their expectations by installing Dryvit and new aluminum window systems, adding and re-finishing executive and administration office space, adding quality control labs, installing new restrooms and locker rooms, and overseeing electrical, site security, mechanical and plumbing aspects of the project.

Whether it was small renovations to keep up with ever changing regulatory rules, to whole wing renovations for the ever changing needs of the community, or whole new buildings to further support growing healthcare needs. George T. Schmidt Construction was able to suceed in securing and executing building contracts that both met expectations of BMHS and was economically feasable to their vision.
